Walked up Tomaree mountain with close friend Rhonda at the weekend. Here we are at the top with the Port Stephens headland in the background. Only ten minutes walk from Shoal Bay Riggers to the foot of the mountain.
Then about 20 mins up!
All the paths are very well maintained, so highly recommend
and well worth the effort.

I've done the walk up Tomaree mountain many times... and it never fails to take my breath away! Absolutely stunning. In this pic looking down to the three surf beaches. Zenith Beach, Wreck Beach and Box Beach.
All beaches are renowned for great surfing and only 10 minutes walk from Shoal Bay Riggers and the same to the bottom of the mountain - well worth it!
